All of our pieces are crafted from .925 sterling silver or 14K gold filled, which contains 100 times more gold than standard plated metal. Gold filled offers the look and feel of solid gold at a more accessible price and is highly durable for everyday wear.

Gently clean your jewelry after wearing to prevent buildup of skin oils. Wash with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. Regularly polish with a jewelry-safe cloth to restore shine. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or using hot tubs—soaps, shampoos, and chlorine can cause tarnishing or damage. We also recommend taking jewelry off during activities that cause heavy perspiration.

Our solid black diamond pendants are created using a proprietary process that fuses millions of diamond crystals into one solid form. This gives each piece extraordinary durability and scratch resistance while keeping a smooth, elegant finish.

Because these pendants are symbols of resilience and remembrance, we recommend simple care to preserve their beauty: wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Each one is designed to be worn daily as a lasting keepsake that carries your story close.

Yes! Many of our pieces can be customized with engraving or birthstones to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Add a name, date, initials, or a meaningful message to make it uniquely yours.

We can also engrave images or symbols on our gold discs and solid black diamond pendants — a signature, a drawing, or another special design — so your jewelry truly carries your story.

Custom jewelry orders are made specially for you and are final sale.

We use high-quality metals—.925 sterling silver, 14K gold filled, and solid black diamond—that are generally well-tolerated by people with sensitive skin. However, if you have known metal allergies, please review our material descriptions carefully or contact us before ordering so we can help you select the best option.

Shipping & Processing Times

All orders require a processing time of approximately 5–7 business days before shipping. This applies to every order, including Priority Mail and Express shipments.

Once your order has been processed, it will ship based on the method you select at checkout:

  • First Class Mail: 3–5 business days in transit
  • Priority Mail: 1–2 business days in transit
  • Priority Mail Express: Typically 1 business day in transit for most areas

Selecting a faster shipping option speeds up transit time only and does not shorten our 5–7 business day processing window.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $75.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 5 Business Day return window for any non-custom or non-personalized items. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 5 Business Days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All custom or personalized jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned.

We offer a 60-day warranty for any defects due to production, broken chains, or incorrect customizations. If you encounter an issue within 60 days of delivery, we’ll repair the item at no additional cost to you.

To initiate a return or request a repair under our warranty policy, please contact our customer service team at hello@elysiumhope.com. We may request photos of the item to assess the issue before providing a return label. Once you receive the return label, please send the item back to us for repair or refund, as applicable. We are not responsible for lost items during the return process.

Our warranty does not cover personalization errors made by the purchaser. If an error occurs during the customization process on your end, we cannot provide a repair or replacement under our warranty policy.

Additionally, all custom or personalized jewelry sales are final and cannot be returned.

If you experience an issue with your purchase beyond the 60-day warranty period, you may purchase our exchange/repairs item on our website to address the issue. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
