I bought this necklace to help get me through my son's NICU stay. I wanted a piece I could wear every single day. Since he was born at 1 lb we were in the hospital for 8½ months. Two years later my son is strong enough to rip it off my neck, and unfortunately it broke. My husband took it to the mall and everyone was asking for $60 to repair the chain. For $60 I could have bought a new necklace. It was so nice that Rightly Royce had the option for repair for only $12. When I reached out to customer service they replied right away and were able to help me out. I think about the couple that started this company and their story all the time when I wear my necklace. I would love to get a second piece in remembrance of my three angel babies but haven't quite found it yet. I looked on Etsy but everything looks so cheap. I would much rather support this business instead. I will be on the lookout for new items as they come along.

They were helpful and returned my necklace back quickly with a beautiful chain. I love my Rightly Royce necklace and get many compliments on it.

Love love my aurora chain with my brothers name when he passed it just gave me confort to have by my heart and when my toddler pulled on it and broke was so sad but willing to replace it. RR was helpful and directed me the right way to fix my problem and went beyond to polish to make it look like new…thank you thank you ❤️

I ordered the wrong size chain. I emailed customer service and they got back to me right away! They explained the exchange/repairs process. I purchased the repairs and they emailed me a mailing label. I dropped off my piece in the mail on my way to my vacation. When I returned home, in less than a week, my chain was already in my mailbox!! Love it! Thank you! Great customer service and great service as well!!

Amazing company. My chain broke and they fixed it at very minimal price but they also polished and made my chain so shiny just like new. Great packaging!! So impressed

I had my necklace for about 9 months and after playing with my daughter the chain broke(she grabbed it and pulled, this jewelry is not cheaply made. My toddler just was acting like a psycho) I was able to purchase a repair (with all costs combined i spent less than $20 to fix it) and send it back very easily. I got my necklace back in a timely manner. It was not only fixed but they also cleaned it! I will never buy jewelry from another company. I absolutely love this bracelet. This is my third piece from Rightly Royce ! I bought a necklace after I lost my first baby girl and that necklace is now 6 months and I’ve used it every day all day and it still looks good as new. Naturally when I lost my second baby I got another necklace and bracelet to honor them both and it did not disappoint.
