We reached out to Elysium Hope and all they said was “contact usps we can’t do anything about it. “ Not the best experience with this company, miss rightly Royce!

Bought this as a gift after my daughter suffered a miscarriage. At first glance I was pretty disappointed, especially considering the price. The chain and the charm itself looked cheap, especially the chain, and the letters are VERY small. I guess I was expecting something more like the pictures on the website, which I realize now are probably enlarged. The charm itself was much thinner than I expected. But since I loved the symbolism of this piece and felt it would be healing for our daughter, I wrapped it and gave it to her. She was very touched, and I must say that once she put it on, it looked so beautiful. We got the 18" chain and truly is much prettier when worn. That being said, I am already looking for a better quality chain for her, which will be an added expense, but I personally find that to be the most disappointing aspect and what cheapens the design as a whole. If I were to purchase another piece, I would inquire if there are better quality chains or just know that will be an additional expense. I love the idea of the company as a whole, and the turn around on the order was very quick!

The necklace is adorable! I think I’d love it a little more if the heart sat right in the round name plate. Other than that it’s perfect.

I love that I was able to choose the inscription, and we chose the date of our loss of our baby who never made it earth side. We didn't know the gender as we lost them at just 13 weeks 4 days, so the date we lost them seemed like the perfect way to remember them and have a little piece of them always with us. Chain seems flimsy

We were disappointed to find that the necklaces were not packaged separately so that we could present each of the girls with their own box. Another recommendation with your packaging would be to secure the necklaces to the card they’re on. The necklaces are always flying all over. Otherwise, they seem to be ok. Very personable and individualized. It’s my new favorite piece of jewelry. However, I did switch out the chain - it’s very dainty and felt like it would very easily break. (Baby is still small and pulls on necklaces while nursing). The pieces themselves blemish and scuff easily - doesn’t bother me much, but may bother other OCD purchasers. I’ve only worn it for 2 weeks.

I really loved the necklace - the only thing is the names were etched in much smaller than what is pictured. You almost can't read them unless looking really closely at the piece. I was hoping for them to look closer to the picture where it's written all around the coin and more noticeable. I had asked for close to the limit on letters so I thought it would for sure be larger print but it was really too small. Overall, I love the necklace but was a bit disappointed about the personalization.
