1.  Avoid blurry images

3. Avoid multiple photo subjects that are too far away from each other
4. Good lighting is best (not dark, avoid shadows on faces)
5. Avoid screenshots, send original photo if possible.
6. Often we zoom in to capture facial details, please specify in the notes anything extra that should not be excluded from the cropping process.
